My healing journey began during one of the most challenging chapters of my life. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disorder, living with chronic fatigue and inflammation, recovering from emergency retinal detachment surgery, and navigating a separation. It felt like everything was happening at once, and I was completely overwhelmed—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
It was through SOMA Breath that everything began to shift.
While recovering, I began searching for holistic ways to heal, beyond conventional medicine. That’s when I discovered SOMA Breath. After my very first session, I felt a profound sense of calm and connection that I hadn’t experienced in years. Breathwork became my lifeline. I committed to a daily practice, alongside yoga and nourishing nutrition, and slowly my body and mind began to transform.
My energy returned. My sleep deepened. My body felt stronger and more balanced. Even my doctor was amazed by my bloodwork results and encouraged me to continue whatever I was doing. That moment confirmed what I already felt in my heart—that our breath, body, and mind hold extraordinary healing power.
Inspired by my transformation, I became a certified SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor, as well as a Kundalini Yoga and Reiki Practitioner. These practices opened me to a deeper connection with myself and a profound desire to support others on their healing journeys.
Now, in this new chapter of my life, my mission is to help people transform stress into inner peace, reconnect with their bodies, and awaken their full potential. Through breathwork, Kundalini yoga, and energy healing, I create safe, nurturing spaces for deep healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.
I truly believe that we all have the power within us to heal, grow, and transform our lives.

What I love most about this practice is that it empowers you. You become your own guide, your own healer. With each session, you begin to build a deeper sense of awareness, emotional resilience, and inner calm — while also unlocking energy, clarity, and a greater sense of purpose.
